Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Set up welding machines and ensure they are calibrated correctly.
- Perform MIG welding on various types of metal, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Monitor welding process to ensure quality and accuracy of welds.
- Inspect welds for defects and make necessary adjustments.
- Clean and prepare materials for welding, including grinding and cutting metal as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder, with expertise in MIG welding techniques.
- Familiarity with welding equipment and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in welding or relevant training is preferred but not required.
