Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision Insurance • Competitive Pay and Mileage reimbursement • Sick pay and Vacation time • Life Insurance • 401k Responsibilities • Under the direction of the RN, assist in identifying the physical and environmental needs as evidenced by documentation, clinical record, case conference, team report and evaluations • Participate in planning and implementing care in conjunction with the RN • Provide care utilizing infection control measures that protect both the staff and patient • Assure continuity of quality patient care delivered with appropriate documentation • Prepare regular clinical/progress notes and summaries • Maintain client confidentiality • Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury, or significant change in the patient's condition
